Make the Raise House difference

LLW.png

Thank you for your interest in working at Raise House.

Inspired by the life of Raymond Christopher Collett and our family experience of being in care, our vision at Raise House is that all children and young people have the same life chances, opportunities and experiences regardless of circumstances.  We aim to provide a supportive, caring and safe home environment with recreational and social opportunities, and the guidance to help our children and young people to develop their life skills and participate fully in society after leaving our care.

Our exceptional staff team are our greatest asset in delivering professional and dedicated support to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.  We know it can be challenging at times, but we recognise that support for staff is equally crucial, and have strong training, development and supervision systems in place, alongside a team ethos that works to help one another.

We have a number of vacancies working at our Residential Children’s Home, for 11-18-year olds in Newham. If you feel this might be the right role for you, please read the job advert and job description to find out further information about the roles and how to apply.

If you would like more information about the role, or have any questions, please contact my colleagues and Residential Children’s Home’s Manager, Philip Craig by emailing Philip.Craig@Raisehouse.co.uk or the Human Resource Consultant Lesley at lesley.bates@raisehouse.co.uk

We look forward to receiving your application.

With best wishes
